2. ORDERS
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been placed, please allow 3-4 business days to begin processing of shipment. Your order will receive a final status update of "processing".
L'Artisan Parfumeur USA is unable to ship orders outside of the domestic United States at this time. We hope to be able to service international orders in the near future.
Orders are processed during business days only. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any bank holidays will begin processing the following business day.

L’Artisan Parfumeur undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks.
Should have any products be temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail to keep you informed. You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent unavailability of products, we undertake to give you a refund as quickly as possible.
In confirming your order, you are accepting all of our general conditions of sale.
3. PRICES
The prices shown in US dollars are quoted excluding tax, postage and order processing costs.
The prices may be modified at any time. However, L’Artisan Parfumeur undertakes to apply the price list in force shown on its Internen site at the time of ordering.
Orders are payable in US dollars only.
4.SAMPLES
Please note: L'Artisan Parfumeur sample orders will only ship to North American region.
Sample orders are limited to 5 samples per order for a set fee of $7.00 for shipping and handling. Choose a selection of 5 different fragrances that you are interested in trying. Please note that you must choose 5 different samples; we are unable to send multiples of a specific sample.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is due upon ordering. No order can be dispatched without confirmation from our bank that your payment has been received.
Online payment is accepted exclusively by credit card.
Online payment uses the SSL protocol, which offers maximum security. The information transmitted is entirely coded.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery.
Packages within USA are shipped via UPS with Signature Confirmation required. Sample orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Standard Delivery
UPS Ground. Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after "processing" status if ordered by 2pm (EST).
Two-Day Delivery
UPS 2nd Day Air. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after "processing" status if ordered by 2pm (EST). Please note two-day orders placed after 2pm (EST). Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Overnight Delivery
UPS Next Day Air. Your order should arrive the next business day after "processing" status if ordered by 2pm (EST). Please note overnight orders placed after 2pm (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
L’Artisan Parfumeur cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
Delayed delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for canceling the order.
7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note: L'Artisan Parfumeur does not accept refunds for products purchased. You are given a time limit of 10 business days from the date of receipt to exchange your order. You must return the product(s) to us in their original packaging, in good order and unused in order to receive an exchange of equal or greater value. Any additional costs including shipping will be incurred by the customer and not L'Artisan Parfumeur.

8. RISKS AND WARRANTY
The transfer of risks attached to the products sold by L’Artisan Parfumeur shall take place upon handing-over the carrier.
If the products sent do not conform to your order, or should they be defective, they will be replaced. The return costs in this case are payable by us.
9. INVOICES
An invoice showing a breakdown of your purchases will be included with your order.
