2. ORDERS
If you experience any difficulties placing orders online, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-601-0440. L'Artisan Parfumeur undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks.

Should have any products be temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail to keep you informed. You will then have the option of modifying or cancelling your order. In case of a cancellation because of the tempoary or permanent unavailability of products, we undertake to give you a refund as quickly as possible.

In confirming your order, you are accepting all of our general conditions of sale.

3. PRICES
The prices shown in US dollars are quoted excluding tax, postage and order processing costs.

The prices may be modified at any time. However, L’Artisan Parfumeur undertakes to apply the price list in force shown on its Interne site at the time of ordering.

Orders are payable in US dollars only.

4. PAYMENT
Payment is due upon ordering. No order can be dispatched without confirmation from our bank that your payment has been received.

Online payment is accepted exclusively by credit card.

Online payment uses the SSL protocol, which offers maximum security. The information transmitted is entirely coded.

5. DELIVERY
Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery (ground or second day).

L’Artisan Parfumeur cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

Delayed delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

6. THE LIMIT FOR RETRACTION OF ORDER
You are given a time limit of 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to retract it. You must return the products to us in their original packaging, in good order and unused in order to receive a refund of the corresponding amount.

7. RISKS AND WARRANTY
The transfer of risks attached to the products sold by L’Artisan Parfumeur shall take place upon handing-over the carrier.

If the products sent do not conform to your order, or should they be defective, they will be replaced. The return costs in this case are payable by us.

8. INVOICES
An invoice showing a breakdown of your purchases will be included with your order.

Any dispute relating to the application, interpretation or performance of these general conditions will be placed before U.S. courts.
